Who I Am

I'm Michelle Demopolis, a Realtor in Central Ohio with over 21 years in this business. I like to say I'm older than Google, and I mean that almost literally. I sold my first house with a fax machine and a prayer.

I’ve received all kinds of awards for production, like my 25 Million Dollar Club Award in the first 10 years. What that really means is I was working way harder than I needed to be. It was before AI, after all!

I built Today's Organized Agent from my own daily systems, the same ones I use every single day to run my real estate business without losing my mind. Nothing here came from a coach or a consultant. It came from figuring out, one messy step at a time, what actually helps an agent stay consistent, follow up on time, and use AI without needing to become a tech person.

If you're looking for polish and perfection, this probably isn't that. I try to run a calm, organized business. I don't always get there each day.
