These Terms & Conditions govern your use of TodaysOrganizedAgent.com and any resources, classes, downloads, subscriptions, systems, templates, prompts, or other products provided by Today’s Organized Agent. By using the website or purchasing or accessing a product, you agree to these terms.

Educational Purpose

Today’s Organized Agent provides educational information and practical business resources for real estate professionals. Content is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, cybersecurity, brokerage, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for complying with applicable laws, licensing rules, advertising rules, fair housing requirements, brokerage policies, contracts, and professional standards.

No Guaranteed Results

Examples, ideas, prompts, workflows, and systems are provided for educational purposes. Results vary based on many factors. No income, sales, productivity, lead-generation, business, or other result is promised or guaranteed.

Purchases and Payment

Prices, product descriptions, and payment terms are shown at the time of purchase. Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as SamCart and Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and authorize the stated charge.

Digital Delivery

Digital products are normally delivered electronically through a download page, email, account, or other method described at checkout. Refund Policy

Because digital products and downloadable resources are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, sales are final once access or delivery has occurred. Refunds may be issued for duplicate charges or when required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact Michelle@TodaysOrganizedAgent.com within 14 days of the charge.

License and Intellectual Property

Unless a product expressly states otherwise, your purchase provides a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for your own individual business use. You may adapt a resource for use inside your own real estate business. You may not share access, distribute, reproduce, publish, upload, resell, sublicense, teach from, copy for a group, or create a competing product from TOA content without written permission. All website content and products remain the intellectual property of Today’s Organized Agent or their respective owners.

AI and Technology Resources

AI prompts, technology guidance, templates, and examples require human review. AI tools and third-party platforms may produce incorrect, incomplete, biased, or outdated results. You are responsible for checking accuracy, protecting confidential information, following platform terms, and deciding whether any output is appropriate before using or sharing it. Do not enter confidential client information into an AI or technology service unless you are authorized to do so and the use complies with applicable duties and policies.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website or products, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, remove ownership notices, violate another person’s rights, or use TOA materials for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful purposes.

Today’s Organized Agent does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, terms, privacy practices, pricing, changes, accuracy, or performance. A reference to a service does not guarantee or endorse its results.

Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in Ohio, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
