Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of TodaysOrganizedAgent.com and any resources, classes, downloads, subscriptions, systems, templates, prompts, apps, or other products provided by Today’s Organized Agent LLC (“Today’s Organized Agent,” “TOA,” “I,” or “me”). By using the website or purchasing or accessing a product, you agree to these terms.
Educational Purpose
Today’s Organized Agent provides educational information and practical business resources for real estate professionals. Content is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, cybersecurity, brokerage, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for complying with applicable laws, licensing rules, advertising rules, fair housing requirements, brokerage policies, contracts, and professional standards.
No Guaranteed Results
Examples, ideas, prompts, workflows, and systems are provided for educational purposes. Results vary based on many factors. No income, sales, productivity, lead-generation, business, or other result is promised or guaranteed.
Purchases and Payment
Prices, product descriptions, and payment terms are shown at the time of purchase. Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as SamCart and Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and authorize the stated charge. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout based on your billing address.
Subscriptions
Some products, such as Active Membership and the newsletter, renew automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your customer portal or by emailing Michelle@TodaysOrganizedAgent.com. Cancelling stops future charges. Charges already made are not refunded, and you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
Digital Delivery
Digital products are normally delivered electronically through a download page, email, account, web app, or other method described at checkout. You are responsible for providing a working email address and checking spam or promotions folders. Contact Michelle@TodaysOrganizedAgent.com if delivery assistance is needed.
App Access
Some products are delivered as a web app. Access is for you only and may not be shared. Information you enter is stored in your own Google account. You are responsible for keeping it backed up and secure, and for following your brokerage and privacy requirements for client information. Features may be updated, changed, or paused over time. The app relies on third-party services such as Google, and Today’s Organized Agent is not responsible for their outages or changes.
Refund Policy
Because digital products and downloadable resources are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, sales are final once access or delivery has occurred. Refunds may be issued for duplicate charges or when required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact Michelle@TodaysOrganizedAgent.com within 14 days of the charge.
License and Intellectual Property
Unless a product expressly states otherwise, your purchase provides a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for your own individual business use. You may adapt a resource for use inside your own real estate business. You may not share access, distribute, reproduce, publish, upload, resell, sublicense, teach from, copy for a group, or create a competing product from TOA content without written permission. All website content and products remain the intellectual property of Today’s Organized Agent or their respective owners.
AI and Technology Resources
AI prompts, technology guidance, templates, and examples require human review. AI tools and third-party platforms may produce incorrect, incomplete, biased, or outdated results. You are responsible for checking accuracy, protecting confidential information, following platform terms, and deciding whether any output is appropriate before using or sharing it. Do not enter confidential client information into an AI or technology service unless you are authorized to do so and the use complies with applicable duties and policies.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the website or products, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, remove ownership notices, violate another person’s rights, or use TOA materials for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful purposes.
Third-Party Services and Links
The website and products may refer or link to services operated by others. Today’s Organized Agent does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, terms, privacy practices, pricing, changes, accuracy, or performance. A reference to a service does not guarantee or endorse its results.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided as is and as available. Today’s Organized Agent makes no warranty that content will be error-free, uninterrupted, suitable for every business, or compatible with every device, platform, brokerage, or local requirement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Today’s Organized Agent and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or reliance on the website, products, third-party tools, or AI outputs. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Changes and Availability
Products, features, prices, schedules, and these terms may change. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in Ohio, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
